Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |

Returns Policy Every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Goods can be returned for full refund (not including delivery charge) if goods dispatched are as ordered and are unwanted within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods.
They must be returned in new condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Your credit card used for the purchase will be refunded the original purchase amount (less delivery charges as appropriate) within 30 days of the cancellation.
In the case of 'faulty goods' where the packaging may have been opened or discarded the packaging state or otherwise is not material to the return.
